Ninjoku privacy notice
About this notice
Effective September 10, 2026. This notice covers the installed, gameplay-only Ninjoku iPhone and iPad beta operated by PLG Creations LLC. Our initial beta is for invited U.S. friends and family. The separately hosted website has its own hosting-related processing.
Progress stays on your device
Ninjoku stores puzzle marks, guesses, remaining lives, completed levels and level selection locally on your device. It also remembers whether you completed or skipped the introduction. Introduction practice moves are discarded when you exit and do not affect your campaign. All 100 puzzles are bundled with the app. We do not receive your puzzle saves or synchronize them between devices. There is no fixed expiry for local saves. Restart clears the selected puzzle; deleting app data can remove all progress. Device backups and restoration depend on your device settings.
No player account or live ads
This beta has no Ninjoku player accounts, live ads, purchases, third-party analytics SDK or cloud saves. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or health access. The game does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Beta testing and feedback
When distributed through TestFlight, Apple processes participation, device and diagnostic information and makes testing metrics, crash reports and submitted feedback available to us. Feedback may include your message, screenshots, email address and device/app information. We use this information to investigate problems and improve Ninjoku. Direct Xcode installations do not use TestFlight. Apple controls information held in its own systems.
Support and service providers
If you email support@plgcreations.com, we receive your address, message and attachments to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. Our mailbox uses Microsoft 365 purchased through GoDaddy. We may use OpenAI ChatGPT with a connected mailbox to help review correspondence and prepare replies; content used this way is processed by OpenAI. These support tools are separate from the installed game. We share information with service providers for these purposes and when necessary to comply with law or protect rights and security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Our policy is to delete resolved support emails 90 days after resolution unless needed for an ongoing issue or recordkeeping. We apply the same 90-day period to TestFlight feedback downloaded or copied into our own records after the reported issue is resolved, unless still needed. This includes copies we control in support tools. Provider backups, recovery systems and records controlled independently by Apple or other providers may remain subject to their retention practices. Local puzzle saves remain on your device until reset or removed.
Privacy requests
Email support@plgcreations.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Mario Medina monitors these requests. We may need to verify that the request relates to you and may retain information where necessary for legal obligations or ongoing issues. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase puzzle saves held only on your device. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in requests.
Families
Ninjoku is a general-audience logic game. Parents should supervise family beta testing and submit feedback themselves. This beta does not ask children to create an account or provide identifying information. Please avoid including children’s names, photos or other identifying details in feedback. Contact us if such information was submitted so we can address it.
Changes
We will update this notice before introducing ads, purchases, analytics or cloud services. Changes will be dated here and in the bundled notice accompanying app updates; material beta changes will also be described in release notes.

Visiting this website
This page is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Website requests expose connection information such as your IP address and browser information to the hosting providers for delivery and security. PLG Creations has added no analytics scripts, forms, advertising cookies or tracking pixels to this page. Hosting-provider processing is separate from the installed game's offline saves.
