Ninjoku privacy policy
About this policy
Effective September 28, 2026. This policy describes Ninjoku 1.0 for iPhone and iPad, operated by PLG Creations LLC and initially offered in the United States.
Progress stays on your device
Ninjoku includes 110 bundled campaign levels. Puzzle marks, guesses, remaining lives, completed levels, level selection and introduction status are stored locally on your device. Ninjoku has no player account or cloud-progression service. PLG Creations does not receive or synchronize puzzle saves. Restart clears the selected puzzle; deleting app data can remove progress. Device backups and restoration depend on your device settings.
Advertising and optional help
Ninjoku integrates Google Mobile Ads 13.9.0. You may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad for a Hint, Reveal or +1 Life. Automatic interstitial ads may appear only between levels under the app's completion cadence. Interstitials do not interrupt an active puzzle, and an unavailable or failed ad does not block ordinary play or progression.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process IP-address-derived coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash and performance data, and other diagnostics for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and service operation. Its embedded privacy manifest declares Device ID as linked and used for tracking.
Ninjoku enables Google's restricted data processing signal, requests G-rated inventory, disables publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization, uses no mediation, and does not include a PLG-operated analytics backend. The app has no Ninjoku-authored IDFA access or App Tracking Transparency prompt, although the Google SDK links Apple's AdSupport framework.
Consent and privacy choices
Ninjoku includes Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) 3.1.0. It refreshes consent information before the first ad request, presents a Google form when Google reports one is required, and requests an ad only when Google reports that ads may be requested. A Privacy choices control appears only when Google reports that privacy options are required. Google account-side message configuration determines which forms are available; this policy does not by itself establish that a particular provider message is active.
Remove Between-Level Ads
Remove Between-Level Ads is a nonconsumable Apple in-app purchase with a target United States price of $4.99. The app displays Apple's localized StoreKit price. A verified purchase or restore removes automatic between-level interstitial ads only. Voluntary rewarded ads for Hint, Reveal and +1 Life remain available.
Apple processes App Store account, payment and transaction information. Ninjoku receives verified StoreKit entitlement status and does not operate its own purchase-account backend.
Support and service providers
If you email support@plgcreations.com, PLG Creations LLC receives your address, message and attachments to answer questions, investigate advertising or purchase issues, and provide support. The support mailbox uses Microsoft 365 purchased through GoDaddy. Support content may be processed with OpenAI ChatGPT to help review correspondence and prepare replies.
Apple, Google, Microsoft, GoDaddy and OpenAI process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not send passwords, payment details, complete receipts, Apple Account credentials or advertising identifiers.
Retention and privacy requests
PLG Creations' policy is to delete resolved support emails and controlled copies 90 days after resolution unless they are needed for an ongoing issue, legal obligation or recordkeeping. Provider-controlled backups and records follow the provider's practices. Local puzzle saves remain on your device until reset or removed.
Email support@plgcreations.com to request access, correction or deletion of information held by PLG Creations. Puzzle saves held only on your device cannot be remotely retrieved or erased.
Families
Ninjoku is a general-audience logic game outside Apple's Kids category. It does not ask players to create an account or provide identifying information. Parents should avoid including children's names, photos or other identifying details in support messages.
Provider information
Website delivery
This policy page is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Website requests expose connection information such as IP address and browser information to hosting providers for delivery and security. PLG Creations has not intentionally added analytics scripts, forms, advertising cookies or tracking pixels to this policy page. Hosting-provider processing is separate from the installed game's local progression.
